SKINCARE WITH KEYLA ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.skincarewithkeyla.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

GENERAL

Stock Availability

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

Change Of Delivery Address

We are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return and refund policy.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Shipment confirmation & Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Insurance 

If the order surpasses the amount of $200.00USD, the parcels are insured for loss and damage.

Parcels Damaged or Lost In Transit

SKINCARE WITH KEYLA is not liable for any package or product damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your packaged or product damaged or defective please keep all packaging receipts and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and get in touch with our customer service.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  1. Shipping Methods and Costs

1.1 Shipping Methods

Domestic ­– the United States and Territories

Your shipment will arrive via USPS. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, the package will be left at the front porch, mailbox or a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order. Help is always available at info@skincarewithkeyla.com

1.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for the shipping costs to the customer.

For orders $50 or up, shipping price has a discount. 

We offer FREE Shipping on all merchandise orders $200 and over.

  1. Delivery Terms

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

  1. P.O. Box or APO/FPO Shipping

SKINCARE WITH KEYLA will ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations. If an item you have selected is not eligible, an email will be sent to you. Order are shipped via USPS Parcel Post and can take up to 4–6 weeks for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for the shipping costs to the customer.

For orders $150 and over, we offer a 15% OFF discount on USPS Priority Shipping. 

    2. Customs, Duties & Taxes

SKINCARE WITH KEYLA is NOT responsible for any import duties and taxes applied to international orders. All fees (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) imposed during or after shipping is the customer’s responsibility to fulfill.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

    3. Dispatch Time

    4. Transit time Internationally

    Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.
